The skills I have made has progressed throughout the past 3 and a half weeks. For some of the drawings, like shading for the zoom drawing. In order to determine what the object is for the zoom drawing you need shade in order for the object to stand out and using no lines. You need to make the object stand out by using dark, light, or medium shades to figure out the textures. Another skill I learned when I did the wall still life drawing was proportion. I learned and put them to use by using my pencil and finger to figure out how small and large things are, into the actual still life. For instant if I drew a rectangular table, and a cup was sitting on the table I would need to figure out how small/large the cup is.I would figure it out by seeing how many cups could fit on the table and the exact measurements by using my pencil. The last skill I want to talk about is observation. The hole unit so far we have been creating drawings from observation. Observation drawing is very difficult for me to do because I am better at imaginary drawing. The skill to use observation drawing requires many things in order to make you drawing look realistic. For instant taking away lines, shading, value, texture, proportion and many more. Overall I think I have learned alot of the time span about proportion
Take a look at the drawings you've made so far and think about the skills it took to create them.
On your blog describe several of these skills (at least 3) and how you put them to use in your drawings.
